Leak Pair

Exterior Roof Repair on commercial ISO flat roof includes up to one 7"x 9" area. Additional 7"x9" area patches are $50 each. 3 Hours
Emergency After Hours Repair Call

Emergency call outside 8am - 5pm, onsite inspection, includess one 7' x 9" patch or 50' sealant and if needed 19' x 30' tarp with seam tape. (2 hours service & repair include & does not guarantee 100% repair for emergency call)

Silver Maintenace Plan

Includes:
1- One initial inspection report with photos
2- Additional inspections, one every six months
2- Gutter Cleanings annually (one every 6 months)
80'- Seam repair for ISO flat roofs
2- Patch repairs not exceeding 7 9" each.
3- Patches not exceeding 3" each.
1- Core sample roof report is included if required
2- Emergency after hours on call service for exterior leak detection and repair 24/7 at $300 for 2 hours.
(Roof size not to exceed 3900 sq ft)
Gold Maintenance Plan

Includes:

Inspect Beam Integrity and rust

Report to include pictures of rust and suggested repairs. One time inspection with caliper test included on rust spot.
Rust Correction on Beams

Rust area up to 24" x 8 " is included in repair. (Sanding & Rubberized encapsulate Coating included) per beam.
Pressure Wash Tunnel

We use FSR Davis fiberglass stain remover 67 oz., cleaning will be done after hours 7pm-10pm for cleaning, walls and floor. Before & After photos included. (3 Hour Cleaning)
